Thank you for shopping with Sunflower Ridge Bundles & More. Each bundle is carefully curated and custom-made. Because our products are personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your bundle, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, email us at sunflowerridgebundles@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will work with you to arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution. Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Shipping Coverage

If damage occurs during shipping, Sunflower Ridge Bundles & More will cover replacement shipping costs when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Because all items are custom-made, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom bundles

  • Mystery bundles

  • Personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Opened or used items

  • Gift cards

Customer Satisfaction

Although all sales are final, we truly value our customers and are always willing to work with you to make things right.
