1. General Policy
Sunflower Ridge Bundles & More (“we,” “us,” or “our”) specializes in handcrafted and custom-curated bundles. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree that we do not accept returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or refunds except as expressly provided below.
2. Custom and Personalized Items
All products offered for sale through our website are custom-made or curated per customer request. As such, custom and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event of verified damage or defect as outlined in Section 3.
3. Damaged or Defective Merchandise
In the event that an order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
To submit a claim, you must provide:

Upon receipt of the required information, we will review the claim and, at our sole discretion, may provide one of the following remedies:

Refunds to the original payment method may be issued only when deemed appropriate and approved by us.
Failure to submit a claim within seven (7) days of delivery may result in denial of the claim.
4. Shipping Damage
If the damage occurred during shipment, we may require additional information for carrier claims. Where applicable, Sunflower Ridge Bundles & More will cover the cost of replacement shipping for approved claims.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Without limitation, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

Opened or used products

6. Customer Satisfaction Commitment
While all sales are final, we value our customers and strive to ensure a positive experience. We are committed to working with you in good faith to resolve any issues related to damaged or defective merchandise.
7. Shipping Territory
We currently provide shipping services to customers located within the United States only. Orders placed from outside the United States will not be fulfilled.
8. Acceptance of Policy
